From purchasing my first home, I have been intrigued by all elements of the Real Estate market. That led to careers in Facility Management and investing in Rental Properties. That experience led me to open my own Real Estate office with the focus of being the “Complete Real Estate Solution”, working with buyers and sellers as well as helping with Commercial Real Estate needs.

My experience with Fix and Flip and Fix and Hold properties has given me the skills to work with Investors to find great investments. Many homeowners have also decided to rent out their current house instead of selling it to create a nice investment. Many times the home you own can be the easiest way to acquire your first investment property. I work with clients throughout Colorado, but with a focus on the front range including Douglas and Elbert Counties as well as the Denver Metro area.

I have also worked with clients to purchase or sell Condos to Homes on Acreage worth millions. I have worked with several first time buyers to help them navigate through all the options they have and have helped others to buy and sell multiple homes. We have worked hard to ensure we have the best marketing for all properties. We have the marketing tools to make sure all of our listings get maximum exposure. We have specific marketing for Horse Properties, Ranches, Farmland, Recreational Properties, Hunting Properties, Fishing Properties, Luxury Properties, Golf Properties, etc. Whether it be a home on small acreage or large acreage we have the tools to market it to sell vs. just listing it.
